For anyone that’s on the fence about purchasing any of his tutorials, let me tell you they are worth every penny. I bought mastering agility and ring craft from his page on warrior collective and I recently just bought controlling the fight and Rhythm Step 101. While I don’t compete anymore, I still take my development seriously as a martial artist and have seen a vast improvement. At the end of the day, what Coach Robinson teaches is having a rock solid base that translates into any combat sport, not just traditional boxing. Just an FYI, I exclusively train Muay Thai.

Great video coach. The agility ladder is good at teaching some of that; if you do the drills correctly. Of course the athlete needs to incorporate the arms. I look at it more like an addition to shadowboxing; and it really works to phase out all the kung fu, karate and rhythm steps while warning up.
