Amazing video to watch. Had the pleasure of training at Brendan's gym for nearly ten year and although i was never destined for the top he would still devote his time to the many kids like me. His lessons and advice still live with me to this day and will forever. Great respect to him and his family.

Has any man alive ever heard someone say a bad word about Brendan Ingle ? I love listening to stories about him from his past fighters. He was a man who cared more about what he could do for others than what others could do for him. A very rare quality. Had the pleasure of having a coffee with Dom a good few years ago and I have to say what a gentleman, really down to earth guy.

Most of them old school methods still work today. If you watch them older fights going 15 rnds at pace. They were tougher back then though aswell if you didnt win you didn't eat for a lot of them fighters. Ingle just seemed way ahead of he's time you could see with the fighters the gym produced.
