Thank you for the amazing content of this channel, I have a question, you usually do for your athlete repeated sprint at treadmill, but isn't sprinting too general especially during the competition phase? I prefer to do at my athletes fartlek in the general preparation and after in the competitive phase do the high intensity conditioning as an interval training punching the heavybag. It seems to me that you don't do at athletes a lot of high intensity training directly at heavybag, why? Sorry for my bad english and thank you.
