It's not even London or poor kids anymore, you see it all over the country, even middle class kids from good homes resort to violence over usually petty social media beef. Just look at Jay Slater & his mates huge machete attack in his little town up north...only made local news which everyone forgot about until he went missing. People are only now waking up cause it's gone beyond London when it used to just be gangs fighting each other over postcode wars, now it's over petty stuff that used to be a fistfights or mentally insane rampages. I don't know how you change that, but it starts at home with parents. Boxing/social clubs always help, but not anymore, it's gone from contained issue to national issue not just some kids like Aj. Kids who grew up on socials are terrifying.

Japan has long had issues, especially with mental health/folks going on random rampages. A bloke literally shot the ex-pm not long ago.
