Best scene is near the end with Ferris coming down off the neighbor's trampoline in slow motion, then Jeannie saving him because she had a complete change of outlook on life after her encounter with Charlie Sheen in the police station minutes earlier. 😂

Love Ferris Buelller and the Breakfast Club but I always feel kind of sad and nostalgic when I re-watch Ferris more than the Breakfast Club these days. Just because as a middle aged guy you kind of lose that "anything is possible" feeling of youth and feeling kind of like you could get away with anything. The spring and summer of the year I graduated high school in the late 90s was also a very memorable and carefree time for me and it's sad to think how many years away I now am from that time. I also had some races home trying to beat the parents or friends parents home when we were up to some mischief or had a party when they were out of town so I obviously love Ferris's race home at the end. Such a great flick!

"as a middle aged guy you kind of lose that "anything is possible" feeling" THAT, my friend, describes EXACTLY what I've been going through as of late... 43 yo, single father, raising 2 kids by myself... Life feels very "dull" anymore

*sigh* Back when "plucky" wasn't cringe and troublemaking youth had a charm to it. Now I just want everyone to shut up. XD
