the best part for me was at around 17:00 to 18:00 and the way he talks about the importance of duty and how we all make every excuse possible in our heads not to do what has to be done. Vulnerable and stoic at once.

Whoever loves his life will lose it but whoever loses his life for my sake, he will find it. That’s what came to my mind after those closing comments. Beautiful interview, thanks for the upload. Felt bad for both fighters having a million interviews but this was the only one I sensed Bivol enjoyed and I did too. Bivol to win, wouldn’t be surprised if he wins by stoppage as the freight train only comes forwards and will go out in his shield if losing.

I am so happy for this fight. I was motivated to go for a nice 8km run in the rain just before. I am motivated to do some shadow-boxing and other stuff leading into the fight so I feel very good feelings (endorphins, endocannabinoids, etc.). Edit: I love how Dimitry mentions how incredible the experience of drinking water is after a training session. I agree. I experienced that 2hrs ago. It is like mana from the Heavens!

About 3 head clashes in the Sullivan Barrera fight. Resulting in a cut over Biv’s right eye and the bump over the left side of his head. I think this fight along with the hand surgeries is why Biv stopped going for knockouts

after all the struggles that Bivol goes through his wife still pretend for his money being already divorced and disrespect father of her children. Its crazy how woman can destroy your life. Think about Samson who was the strongest man on the planet at that time and wrong choice, tiny but sly woman destroyed him. So guys be very careful when you choosing a wife for a life.
