@@scottyfox6376 Thank you for replying to my post. You are absolutely right. There is no deterent to stop these people behaving in this way. The government will do nothing. I have noticed however that most of the offenders come from housing estates. Perhaps the answer is to encourage the people on housing estates to stop having children as we no longer need a manual labour force.

You have some very serious social issues your politicians need to deal with over there! IN Toronto we get over a million people for our version of the Caribbean celebration and parade with over a million people all gathered together and these kind of issues never happen, every one is there to have fun and it's a very mixed crown but no one is harassing anyone else. Maybe you need to legalize weed, it works for us and t keeps everyone mellow. f you do come to Canada for the parade and week of fun, you can smoke n a public park etc. and there s no problems at all. Mellow and chillin' with over a million smiles and a lot of amazing gyrations going on too. There was a shooting one year, and that shocked the hell out of everyone there, he didn't get too far. Check it out, no rass! Steamers would be attacked by the crowd and held for police.
