That's so interesting that everyone really is different, I had my gallbladder removed when I was 18 & I too had a small incision in the bellybutton & 2 other places, but they didn't hurt after, I went home the same day, never took any of the pain meds & it honestly felt like nothing happened to me, I slept a whole ass day after bc I was tired but no pain 😂

Sorry to hear about that. The lack of medical staff that time of the night shocked me, because here in the US, the ERs are pretty much 24/7 staffed, especially with the current situation.

Looks like a robotic removal of the appendix. I just had my Umbilical Hernia repaired that way and they entered my abdomen in 3 places. Very minimal and 5 week recovery time. No lifting over 10 pounds! Glad you had it removed in time and you have a HOT nurse taking care of your recovery! Love you both!

I had my gal bladder removed it's the same surgery... I also have Crohn's disease so I understand the pain... You both are pretty strong for going through this... With your head in tact...yes it's definitely scary... And don't worry about inconveniencing anyone... That could have killed you... Next time listen to your boyfriend and go earlier... His insisting saved your life... Literally... Chris good job... Smile... He'll be around for a long time now thanks to you...

There are a lot of people that ignore the symptoms and the end result is never good. Glad you are better. Go to the doctor every 6 months for exam and blood test (everyone).

I’m glad he went. Did he have abdominal pain near his right hip!? When I had my surgery, I did not show typical symptoms. My surgeon had to have me jump up and down (old school assessment trick for appendicitis) and I collapsed. He lucked out with the surgery - laparoscopic. It’s creepy, but cool. My surgeon said I was very very close to my appendix bursting open. If anyone has severe pain with no known cause and it’s getting worse, chest pain, difficulty breathing, or not easily rousable, please call 911 or your local ems rescue agency. Also if something doesn’t feel right, talk to your doctor/provider about. You know your own body best!

I hope he recovers ( * recovered, since this happened in the past ) When he is better again, maybe you should make love to him in case he gets infected with COVID. I am a straight male and I hope you two have a great gay life.. Don't cheat on him with some woman ! ( because that elegant woman is mine )
