I know it's really stupid, but turning down the heat on my scrambled eggs really made them better. I got the tip from here, and I never went hack. If you cook them on a lower temperature (and thus more slowly) the eggs actually stay fluffy and they don't become watery! They also keep their colour. I also used to mix them with milk (so you have more eggs hahah), but I switched to cooking cream. The low temp cooking, combined with the cooking cream makes for a MEAN scrambled egg! Everyone who I've ever made it for tells me it's the best they've ever had😋
