And by the way, there are levels of motorized bicycles that are not subject to licensing or requiring registration or turn signals or brake lights, but do require helmets, front lights and red rear lights that do not require mounting physically upon the bike. So you best correct yourself. There are arbitrary interpretations and exemptions to almost every violation and code, read them!

You are going on the assumption that he hasn't checked. By how much knowledge he has I'd bet $20 that he has checked. And I'm not a betting man. He was smart enough to keep six cops tied up for the whole time. If I had been the guy he opened the door and told to get in, I would have told him to put me in cuffs and stuff me in the back. Put a ring on it stupid and I'll comply. You have to get them to act under the color of law and that strips him of quified immunity in a federal court in a civil rights law suit.

Have you seen the sheriff deputy who was just fired for slamming a handcuffed man to the ground and knocked out all because he was asking questions? The Sergeant stood by and let it all happen, but the deputy was later fired and charged with several felonies after the video was seen by others! The worst part is that he was charged with a felony on a different department, but the charges were dropped, and he changed departments afterwards

If you or I walk up to someone and start a "conversation" with a random person and that person does not want to engage in said conversation we cannot force them to speak to us. . Why do cops not understand that we do not have to engage on a voluntary conversation initiated by them? Secondly, what makes the police think they can just approach someone and say " I'm just having a conversation" "I'm not harassing anyone" and they can force us to engage.

And further research and calls to department revealed no city ordinance pertaining to electric bicycles exist either . Hence why no citations were issued nor any arrest made . I hate when cops use the saying, “my man” to sound hip or whatever. It is unprofessional. The man told the cop about four times that he wasn’t cooking and that the propane wasn’t on, yet he kept saying over and over that he was cooking. Hey all public servants and people that work a job. Stop doing your job according to the way your masters of your life. Your controllers, your bosses, your deciders. Tell you to do your job start using critical thinking, common sense and start doing the right thing, instead of doing your job that you've been taught by your masters of your life. , quickly do what is right. And stop doing your job, you've been lying to about what is right, use your critical, thinking your common sense and your brain and figure out what to do in life that is right instead of what you've been told by the masters of your life, don't listen to your controllers. And your bosses, they're lying to your critical thinking, common sense and your brain and simply just do what is right in life and stop doing your job.

These cops really should be ashamed of themselves they could’ve handled this in a different way instead of harassing this guy with 100% they are doing they could’ve explained to him where he could’ve gone that wouldn’t get him in any trouble to Cook!!! The fact that these two police officers have zero compassion for somebody who is obviously homeless is disgusting the guy doesn’t look intoxicated and he’s obviously like the police officer said he was just trying to cook these types of people are not in this job to help I would almost put my life on the line to say if you hook them up to a polygraph that it’s more about power than actually helping people and these are not who we want with guns and the power to arrest people for no reason and ruin their life!!!
