I think I don't have a high pain tolerance but I get insane pains that sometimes even make me throw up! And then after two days I am completely fine

I am actually the same way! I drink loose leaf green tea with a little honey to help with the pain and it always helps me. I drink it while I’m not on my cycle as well to keep it in my system and my cycles have gotten so much better. I’m able to go out and about on day one and day two now. I also stopped using tampons cause they made the pain worse. Thanks so much for watching the video!

I did this and I did it with a couple of other women and we pretty much agreed that between the four and six range. It actually does feel like period cramps after that would be severe cramps like maybe somebody has endometriosis or that type of thing. The man did act like it was a horrifying Amount of pain

My back pain is so severe that those home tens units don’t work on me because I can’t feel anything SO I go to the chiropractor and he uses the professional tens unit and it helps 😊
