Michael McLoughlin I'll never forget this song blasting in my car on the Williamsburg bridge. I was with my girlfriend & 2 teenagers from the projects (my girlfriends neighbors). coming back from a day at Rockaway beach out in Queens. I was 26 then Annie was 28. Time Flies.

This is a good performance. Some of the other videos on youtube don't have the right feel. This one does. Sounds like they took the record feed off the board, so it's Vocal & Keyboard heavy; but I'm sure it sounded great in person.

I was a part of that band before the concert in this video in 1980 with Carlos, Mike, Randy,...we did a TV show called "Fridays" on ABC & made 3 videos..JoJo, Breakdown Dead Ahead & You Can Have me Anytime..They are linked to my youtube channel... Scott Plunket & Bruce Bollinger in this video joined later..... ......I'll send this link to Bruce just so he can see it. Both Carlos & Mike P have passed since..... my dear friends....IN 1978 the band had a different lineup!

Boz is great, and Lido is a fantastic song, but without Jeff Porcaro on the drums it's just not Lido. If you look up the word groove in a dictionary you'll see a picture of Jeff

I remember going to a bar in the '90s in SF that was supposedly owned by Boz Scaggs. It was a hoppin' place with cute guys but I had difficulty hearing people in there because the music was too loud and there wasn't any dancing so you had to talk or just stand around.

I could do without the backup vocals overtaking the song. The piano turned it into a bluegrass song. Not a great mix of a great song.
