1. Feedback loops help maintain *Homeostasis* 2. *Positive feedback loop* - A system moves away from a target setpoint. Examples: seeing a speed limit sign as a challenge, fruit ripening because of ethylene. 3. *Negative feedback loop* - A system tries to maintain a target setpoint. Examples: trying to maintain the speed limit, temperature regulation, blood glucose levels. 4. *Alteration* - Problem in a feedback loop. Examples: diabetes. 5. *Ectotherm* - Internal temperature stays the same as the external temperature. (snake) 6. *Endotherm* - - Internal temperature is kept constant. (mouse)

But Mr Anderson is so much more detailed, and goes into a full-depth explanation on concepts, directed towards AP Biology. Hank just does a fun little overview on how things work overall, only directed towards a class like Biology or Biology Honors and things like that.
