Slow mo and explaining the swings is super helpful. I'm trying to transform my swing into a true softball swing from a modified baseball swing and this was very good demonstration of specific aspects of your swings that I can translate to the video of my bps.. thanks!

I really enjoy your videos it's taught me alot about why I drop my shoulder and how to fix it.. just bought the bedlum 2 piece blue bat 26oz and I've noticed I can get my hands to be quicker than swinging my usual 27oz bat keep up the good work

Watch this one, but also let the ball get deeper in your stance. Move up in the box closer to the pitcher so you can catch the ball higher.

Great video! What balls do you suggest for bp 52/300?

It depends on your situation. I have always used a harder ball for a few reasons. I live in TX, and balls turn to mush in the summer very quickly. So, for video and review purposes, I use a Worth Platinum one piece BP ball. They are hard but are supposed to still be okay for your bats. The other reason is that I like to focus on a smooth swing and good mechanics. If I am hitting a 52/300 in the heat of summer, I would be trying to over swing and the cut line drive practice would suffer for my tournaments. I practice keeping it in and hitting it out. So use that info how you can.
