Excellent topic Doctor !! Appreciate how you manage to cover most of the doubts which may come up in the minds of a common man 👍. Thank you 🙏 I am 65 years woman - regularly exercising - walk & yoga and also eating right. My bp has always been in the range of 110/75. However a recent visit to doctor showed a bp of 138/80 ( 2 readings after that also)...i was taken aback. My home machine (Omron) still shows a bp of around 121/73 consistently. How is that possible..I fail to understand. Please help 🙏

Dr i am taking taking telmisartan 40 mg and concor 5 mg for 6 months.now recently my Cardiologist said my bp is too low and reduced and changed the medicines to blopress 4 mg and concor 2.5 mg and i had a weight reduction of about 5 kg .still my bp is low around 100 /65 etc .what should i do?
