This video explains the need for investigations after performing a complete clinical examination. The different investigations that are done, like the Myelogram, MRI, Nerve conduction studies are explained. Interpreting the results of the investigations are also described in detail.

Fantastic video. Understanding electro diagnostic studies was a nightmare for me, and I kept postponing it forever. Today I came across a Brachial plexus case. I did the clinical exam as per your another video and then now this video has helped me to go ahead and order a electro diagnostic study and be able to intrepret it. Thank you Sir. Dr.Subbu

THIS is what I have pseudomeningocele seen on brachial plexus mri. Thank you for covering this! i had spinal cord injury cord was compressed in thoracic so they did double fusion going through the pedicle bones in back of my spine. so is possible could have been caused when i had the cord injury or during surgery. BUT not sure what effect this can have longterm as so not much on the internet regarding this treatment wise etc. I hope to see specialist soon, but always want to know whatever I can learn about a condition. Your videos are very thorough and easy to understand for non medical person. It is presented well thank you.

theye have newer mri type of test now. MRN or MRI with brachial plexus that looks at the brachial plexus nerves using mri software.
