I broke my arm at work #119
What started as a good week ended in misery when lifting a heavy object tore the bicep off one of our arms !!
However !!! We crack on……
This week we started a new project at rise park, a massive 80m2 driveway !! The weather has stayed decent and we’ve been able to catch up after the trouble it caused the following.

I hear you there nick, sorry about the arm, hope speedy recovery am on 3rd month recovering from my torn bicept too not been able to work as was right arm which is dominant arm. When they told me it will be 4 months until could go back to work after 2nd day I felt lost. Hope surgery goes well and they cut the opening straight all the best to you all and be safe it is the most silly mistakes when it happens which makes it worse. Take care Aaron

@@BPPavingnottingham I heard that after, not good at all nick, in a way it is knollage is power as you know what to expect and then recovery to go as smoothly as possible, couldn't believe that had to start from nothing I thought that could had started to lift weights from higher than 500g puts our line of work into perspective and certainly opens up. 18 years had been fine then 1 simple mistake its like back to basics and tedious recovery. Do hope your surgery goes well for you, you have a real decent team with you as well enjoy watching the content. Hope all will go well and sooner the 4 months are up and can semi go back to work without lifting anything heavy the better cant come quick enough. All the best.

Age catches up with all of us, Nick !!! I just installed 10 sections of vinal fence with pressure treated inserts. I'm 64. Somehow, I remember it being a lot easier !!! Best of luck with the surgery.
