I see 3563 has a Bessemer-esque nose sandfill hatch. Are all B&P/G&W locos getting that or was it from a previous owner? Also, any potential buyers for the WNY&P line to Meadville?

Not sure on what the WNYP's futis with that line and G&W put the sand fills there on their "new" engines
