Most helpful video I have seen on pricing. When Pricing a large brick commercial building, does one price based on the total square foot of the outside walls or the total square foot under roof? The .20 cents is a big help. Any comment welcome.

Thank you! So we’ve done it both ways where we do sqft of the whole building but I find that sqft of the exterior walls is a little more accurate, especially if the walls are taller than one story.
