A recent Newsweek article stated current data indicates New Jersey could be poised for a real estate market CRASH in 2024!
The reporter claims that New Jersey homeowners are over leveraged by high mortgage payments and that coupled with rising state unemployment, the possibility of foreclosures hitting the real estate market in 2024 is realistic.
Furthermore, the reporter actually wants first time homebuyers in New Jersey to believe that relief could actually be on the way in 2024, thanks to an abundance of foreclosures hitting the market.
