Hi Masha! In case you were wondering, the color changing string at 3:32 is by the brand Artiste! I think it is most commonly sold at craft stores in America. It is technically crochet thread but it works great for bracelets; I am just about to finish a wall hanging with the blue and pink string for the background! It comes in very large spools and a variety of colors. If you come to America anytime in the future I would recommend this brand! Loved the video 💕💕

Since you are unable to respond to everyone who sends you letters, I think this video is a great idea! That way they know you received their letter/bracelet, and they get to see their bracelet in a video!

Hey Masha! I was missing your ‘fun’ videos and I’m so glad you decided to film this video! You make amazing bracelets and it’s wonderful for these people to send you all those things! I really hope I will one day, but I feel like my bracelets have to be ✨perfect✨ for me to send them to you! (Haha. I’m a HUGE perfectionist.) You were the person who inspired me to make bracelets :) I’m excited for more videos! ❤️(Also, it would be great if you did another 24h challenge, because last time it didn’t exactly go as anticipated. You made awesome bracelets though, and I know I could never do the same!)

I have OCD and that makes me a perfectionist as well! So I know how you feel! But honestly, if you're judging your own work and looking for perfection, it's not gonna happen! It's your work so you will know where every flaw is. I would never be able to look at any of mine and think they're perfect, but others may look at my work and say it looks flawless to them. You can be your own worst critic if the standard you're setting for yourself is perfection! I guess what I'm trying to say is just have fun with it and don't be to hard on yourself! It took me a long time to give my bracelets and key chains away as gifts because I criticized every little detail, but when I finally started giving them away, everyone I gave them to loved them! Others can't see the little flaws, even though we know they're there! And every time I've given one to somebody, it made them smile! So don't be afraid to do the same! Chances are that you are just being too hard on yourself!

Honestly just practise, but once you got the skills, you have them. I didn’t make a bracelet for around 6 months then decided to make a random alpha one day. It was pretty much the same as my skill level before and I plan to make a bracelet soon since it has been another 6 months to see how it goes. Who knows, maybe I’ll get back into it?

I have. A. Big. Question. I am pretty skilled in making normal patterns. But ALPHAS? I have tried and tried again. 🙃 It is just SO hard! Please suggest a pattern on Braceletbook for me that is really easy or even do a tutorial on it. Thanks so so so so so much!!

What is the problem you're having with making alphas? Like are you having trouble with switching colors, reading the pattern, or something else? I may be able to help you if I know what it is specifically that you're having trouble with. I've been making bracelets since I was 7 yrs old and I'm 37 now! But I've only been making alphas for about 5 or 6 yrs. But I should still be able to help you!
@knot.offended443 жыл бұрын
I would suggest making rag rugs to practice colour changes, and you can try 54018, just use a single colour for the middle element and it should be good for a beginner :))
