"Deep fried turkey is delicious but I doubt the majority of people can actually do it" Meanwhile, "Making Perfect" Pizza recipe: - Have a professional pizza oven - Mill your own flour - Make your own buffalo mozzarella Just teasing, love you guys but at least I can get turkey frying stuff at my Lowe's. :P

To be fair, there was no precedent for Making Perfect, but there is a precedent for their Thanksgiving month issues.
@jasontan60135 жыл бұрын
that's cause it's different. brad and andy think it should be more traditional. whereas molly and carla did the cheese. and claire is more into the perfect flawless aspects of the dough, rather than the reproducibility of it.
@sp00n325 жыл бұрын
Yeah I was thinking the same thing! I'm all for the "perfect" videos being less accessible than the rest of their recipes, but maybe they got that feedback and changed their approach for this one.

I have to say that usually Claire is my absolute favourite, but in this Making Perfect Season, this episode is by far the best in terms of group dynamics, approchability of the recipe and its adherence to traditional methods and tastes instead of opting for something that is 'unorthodox' just for the sake of being adventurous and 'cheffy'. More of Andy and Brad plz, these two know what they are doing and watching them is sooo much fun and informative at the same time.

@@CookingMyWay His teacher and I chatted a little longer. As the other children and parents trickled out for the day, Joey sat down at a nearby table to colour. His teacher told me that, at first, my son was very reluctant to tell his story. He tried to hurry through it. He must have felt the pressure of having all eyes on him. But to encourage him and give him confidence, his teacher told him, "Take your time." So, he did just that. He told his heroic football story to his class who sat waiting and listening. With that one gesture, my son learned that his voice, his words, his story . . . matters.
