For me it's the whole journey, they could teach it in some journalism / business grad school course. @@sick0child omg my friends call me "asbestos hands" but for me it was grabbing hot plates out of the sanitizer (minimum 205 degrees) and holding them out to the cooks to grab as a prank because they couldn't handle how hot it was and I would deal with the heat out of sheer will.
