I know, right? And there’s that part where he throws a punch, only for the lurch of the train to push the body of the White Death’s son in the way. He gasps in shock like he was thinking “I am SO sorry! I didn’t mean to hit you.”.

Funny fight scene and i like that they don't take it too seriously, but my only gripe is they both get what looks like a brutal hit to the neck, and both grap their neck like they can't breath right after and then another moment they're fine. If they really got hit that hard dead center in the neck, the only fighting you're going to be doing afterwards is fighting to get your breathing back under control without hyperventilating.

Am I the only one who got annoyed that he's struggling so hard to get the mag back in the gun even though there would already be one in the chamber?
@JTruong3rd Жыл бұрын
I believe there wasn't one in the chamber, notice soon as he got the mag back in he immediately cocked the gun? Common safety thing to not have a bullet in the chamber to prevent any accidental discharge. Does bring up the question why he tried to fire a gun with nothing in the chamber yet.

this was so well written, beautifully shot, and the dialogue is perfect for the actors portraying the characters… this is how you tell a fun and captivating story. Everything else we’re getting fed from Hollywood is so tired and boring.

I saw this movie in theaters, and to me it was one of those movies where it’s so stupid it’s funny. This movie was absolutely horrible but that’s what made it funny. So many stories going on at once and stupid comedy one of the worst movies I’ve ever seen but it made it funny

I found this EXCEPTIONALLY boring. There wasn't even anything new or interesting in this whole sequence. Just...so..fucking...We've seen all of these ideas before. Book to the throat. Brilliant. Only good moment was the shin rubbing. Other than that... Ugh and that moment where they REALLY draw out the whole "whoops we're having a hard time staying quite during this FIGHT" as if we haven't seen this idea a billion times already. Like, that's fine, use it, just don't pretend like it's anything on its own.
@Perceptive-Abyss10 ай бұрын
Me personally, I've never seen a fight sequence where the opponents have to stay quiet. But... Even though this is an action film, it's more orientated on the absurdity of its action, which is where its comedy comes from. It's purposefully stupid, it's self-aware, and that's what films need nowadays. And even though this is not as good as John Wick even though David Leitch was the screenwriter for both movies, I think he did an amazing job at creating action that could never possibly had the film not entirely occurred on a train. Watch this video by Filmento, on the characters and it's action that encapsulates precisely my feelings on this film. I think it's a solid 8/10. kzbin.info/www/bejne/iXyQlI2ffdR0gKc
