It took me months to figure out how he did that. He actually did inhale through his nose (I've seem seasoned smokers do this), but the "headache" was a diversion. It gave him an excuse to turn away from the crowd and take a drag. Brad was an illusionist before he started in standup, so he understands the principle of visual distraction.

I smoked 20+ years and I can tell you if Jesus had not delivered me I would still be smoking today if not dead from lung cancer. Some people can just lay it down others can't. It is scientifically proven that nicotine is more addictive than heroine and harder to overcome. Once the door is opened the devil doesn't give up without a fight and sometimes it takes the LORD fighting for us. Praise be to GOD he gave me the victory but it was a fight.

I have no idea why everyone is hating on this guy... If you don't like his jokes, just keep it to yourself! He's a frickin' comedian! Being "stupid" is his job! If you don't like watching him, go watch Jeff Dunham, or Kevin Hart. This guy is actually talented because he's making us laugh without using bad language, or sexual references. Wrong! Not just anyone can be a comedian...it takes the kind of talent this guy has. He's by far my favorite. He's not crude, disgusting, or foul. How many "comedians" today can say that? None, except for the few and far between, the diamonds in the rough, i.e. Brad Stine. In his own words: "If you're offended by the TRUTH, that's YOUR problem."

I've explained this in earlier comments. It's very simple. Brad was an illusionist before he turned to stand-up comedy, and as such he understands that distracting the audience allows him to do something without being noticed. The "headache" at 4:51 (inhaling the smoke through the nose) isn't real, but was an excuse to turn his back to the audience, concealing a quick mouth drag. He holds the smoke in his mouth, sticks the cig in his ear and puffs it out of his mouth. Watch carefully.

I'm Christian, and a smoker, and I laughed at this video. Although I can certainly see why some people may not find it funny, but then again, do you think Pryor was funny to even %50 of Americans? What about Carlin, or Chapelle. People too often forget that their opinion, isn't the only one, or the right one. By definition, an opinion can not be right or wrong... It's just a point of view.
