My boyfriend left me a week ago. But I know in my heart we are ment to be. He says he needs this time for us to work on ourselves and make us happy and healthy again. I got very insecure about my body image and just caused so many arguments. But I know we still have that deep love for each other. It’s hard spending this time away from him, but I know in the end it will only make us stronger. If it is ment to be it will be, I believe it.

Why did you two break up? Sounds very similar to in the sense that she wants to see results and she still wants to keep contact. But she wants a family so she’s seeing other guys. She’s 30 and wants to start a family. She wants to be with me. But me working a dead end job and not working towards a career has given her lots of stress and anxiety. I met up with her yesterday. We were both hugging and crying. I promised to make things right and that I now know what I need to do. I let her know why I’ve been so unproductive, what I’m doing to change and what my goal for myself and us is. She said she can’t commit to anything at the moment. And the guys that she’s dating, she said that she doesn’t love them the way that she loves me, and she hugged me and started crying. I really want her back. I’m spending all my waking hours studying and applying for apprenticeships. I cut off communication with her but she wants me to reach out when I have results. I told her to contact me if/when she changes her mind. We are perfect and attracted to each other in every way, but I was a lazy fuck for months and didn’t do anything about, now I have a belly full of guilt and I feel like I lost the love of my life.. I don’t know what to do. Beg for her back one more time, give her her space and hope she contacts me to get back together, or wait until I get results and let her know where I’m at.

@@jaymeister26How's it going, did you two end up back together yet? It sounds like you're doing all you can; what you're doing is what I would have *wished for* from my ex. But maybe he didn't love me as deeply as you love your ex.... I just don't know anymore. If I were her and I knew I loved you still... I would give you some time to get yourself better established and then see where we can go from there. 30 is still young.... she has plenty of time, but is putting limitations. She may want children right now, but if she still loves you, it's going to be very hard for her to fall in love with someone else and get to that point. She'd be settling. Just keep putting in the work, that's all you can control and that's all you can do. Become the best man you can be, and if she doesn't take you back or If she moves on, you'll be ready for the next woman. It won't be easy, but you can only do your best. Good luck~

My girlfriend (and the love of my life) dumped me 4 weeks ago. There were some eerie similarities in our background and upbringing (i.e., born in the same third world country, moved to the US in the same year, studied the same major, and went to similar schools). I just couldn't believe the out-of-the-blue breakup. I am so heartbroken, but I am feeling better. Not contacting her whatsoever. Deleted her number (she has mine). Something tells me that she will never reach out to me, and we will never get back together. I am just watching this video I don't know why. But the stories of people in the comment section who got back together bring smile to my face.

She texted me yesterday after 3 months of no contact. I had deleted her number and so I didn't even know it was her. I had to ask who it was lol. She drove to where I live. She made it clear that she wants to give it another chance. But to be honest, I think I love her enough to let her go and I healed a lot through therapy, friends, working out, and focusing on work. My heart didn't stop at her sight and I had a long conversation with her in person. Part of me is worried that she will make me go through this again. If anyone is going through this, let me reassure you that time will heal everything. It may take months or years. If you were not abusive and truly loved the person, you do not deserve to have an emotional baggage and trauma for the rest of your life. You will outgrow this and you will look back and pat yourself in the back.

If your relationship was too much full of fights and hurts, and it was toxic, its not going ro continue and its okey. You don't want old bad and toxic habits coming back. You can cry, you can have fun and grief, and move on

Good for you! Just remember to take on a realistic approach though. You can reach out to your ex after 30 days or so without contact and then go from there. My ex and I broke up around a month ago. I honestly feel like there is potential for us later on. She's not in the best emotional state right now,not wanting to go to work or hardly wanting to get out of bed. I believe her when she says it's not me who's the problem. She accepts responsibility and knows that it was mostly her that kinda brought it down. But i try not to see it that way. she's just hurt and broken and needs that time to heal. She doesn't wanna be around anyone,her "friends" choose not to help her and not wanna understand her situation. I know im not perfect, but i was never trying to be,just being me for her even if we do have clashing personalities. We have so many other things like religious views,political views,family, and actually wanting something in our lives. I also see it as a maturity thing,im a senior about to graduate, and she's still only a sophomore. So i get it's probably a lot more tough for her. She recently texted me asking to come to my graduation dinner,so im optimistic that things will get better since we have talked to her and there about the situation. Most recently, on May 1st, for the last time,i got to do it in person, and i feel like i got my closure in a way. But i do feel like a future is hopeful (Sorry ik thats a lot, and i could go into more details potentially)

My ex broke up with me to work on our mental health she’s been struggling with for years and I’ve watched so many of these videos and trying my hardest to standby since I think the world of her
@BradBrowning
@BradBrowning 2 жыл бұрын
I hear you. If your ex has a mental disorder like depression, bipolar disorder, IED, NPD, or the like, the most loving thing you can do is to give each other space while he/she gets help. Encourage your ex to seek treatment because clinical depression is something only a therapist specializing on this can handle, even this is outside of my scope. But I can help you how to handle things on YOUR end as you go through this difficult ordeal. I know it can be incredibly tough knowing you’ve given it your best shot, yet your partner still fails to appreciate it or is breaking up despite it being a good relationship. Anyway it's a bad idea to be friends with an ex especially knowing they have a mental health condition. In the end, they will drain you and leave you with lots of scars that would take years of therapy. Consider signing up for my coaching program so I can help assess your situation clearly, look at all the other factors at play and see things you might have missed, then guide you accordingly on a regular, ongoing basis at www.breakupbrad.com/coaching

Do better anyways. :-) If you do have to make some changes, then do it for yourself and never for anyone else, okay? See, making changes for the sake of someone is considered seeking validation, and that's an unattractive trait in and of itself… so it naturally won't do anything to rebuild the attraction necessary to get your ex back in the long run. On the other hand, if these are changes that you know within yourself that you need to make, then it's important to take time so be sure you aren’t rushing it because permanent, lasting changes don't happen overnight and your ex can actually see through it. Also, pain (that's why your ex dumped you) is a very good teacher and motivator not to mention a huge catalyst, so making these changes within yourself in order for the possibility to come back together stronger and better is what you can expect and you will be able to use this progress if not for your ex, then with someone new. Does that make sense? With that in mind, watch this vid to subtly show these changes to your ex: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mIuUfJiqdrGNqMU

It is so difficult because we were both perfectly imperfect. We initially had zero compatibility, and zero similarities that I thought it wouldn’t last a couple months. It sucks because we lasted 5 damn years, growing and adapting to each other’s likes and dislikes, and eventually loving each other whole heartedly and improving one another’s person. One day, literally she woke up and just saw nothing for us. No more feelings, no nothing. It was such a shock to me because I did nothing wrong, yet she felt absolutely nothing. She broke up with me, and I could not even begin to process why. It’s been 3 weeks, I tried to ask her to work things out, to communicate, to give me a clear answer, but she won’t. It’s crazy. Because even if she checks all these 8 signs, it still feels like she wants nothing. I don’t even know what lesson to learn from, if i did anything wrong, if she did anything wrong.. How do you learn from that- how do you try to learn from a relationship that gave you nothing to learn from. I wasn’t perfect by all means, but i gave her the world. I understood her needs, I grew the love for her imperfections, for her family, her friends.. I don’t even know what to do any more.

Hi Phil, sorry to hear you're going through this. I know how tough it is to suddenly lose someone you love and you're stuck trying to heal and even how to resolve or get of the feeling of sadness. Don't overthink though, just try to heal first. The lessons will come in time when you've had time to clear your head and practice non-attachment/giving her space. If you need my help further on what could've possibly went down, consider signing up for my coaching program so I know more about your situation and give you a few things to try to get it back on track, at www.breakupbrad.com/coaching

The learning lesson is that sometimes no matter how much we try and how perfect things may be, a person can leave at any time. The issue is that while WE may view a connection as perfect, our partner may not. You have to be prepared to love and lose love. You can’t make a person love you or want to be with you. It could also be that she felt that she was losing herself. You said before that you guys worked to be compatible with each other. Is it possible that working to fit your needs made her unhappy? Regardless of the situation, this relationship wasn’t meant to last, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t prepare for the one that is! It’s time to work on and heal yourself. I am living proof that you can heal from excruciating heartbreak, and come out stronger! 💯❤️

Great! And once you're ready... when you've already completed the full 30-day "no contact" rule and assuming you did it correctly, then the texting tips here will be a good starter: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jqDRfqeCe9RjZpI but make sure you tick off the checklist here first: kzbin.info/www/bejne/eHLLfqWjrJiGo9U This means you take time focusing on the second phase and eventually the third phase when the time is right. This won’t happen overnight, of course, but it’s something you ought to continue to work on to the point where you’re gradually building attraction again. This is what my guide is for. We broke up on Saturday and I’ve tried to be cooperative as possible and didn’t really beg, though I did get emotional. We were going to do a month apart and regroup, but I made a small mistake that she interpreted as me disrespecting her wishes and the boundaries she asked for and now says she doesn’t want any relationship including friendship. Her reaction was really out of character for her and I’m really confused. I can’t tell if she really means that or just needs time and space to cool down. There was no toxicity or abuse in this relationships. We were basically best friends.

Looks like he's still confused. Your next move really depends. How long has it been since the breakup and have you cut off contact for 30 days yet? If you haven't cut off contact yet for at least 30 days, then you should prioritize that instead of interacting with your ex. On the other hand, IF you have already cut off contact, then you're on the right track. There's no need to redo the no contact just because it didn't exactly went well the first time or you're not getting the response you anticipated. Watch this: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gX6wp2yin8mloc0 and be guided accordingly based on the phases of what needs to happen, here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bXvXnomYedCVotk

I’m on this boat now and he told me he sees us getting back together but since we had some drama it’s going to take a little time and we have to get used to being uncomfortable for now. He’s struggling with mental health issues and per his family he shouldn’t be in a relationship. It makes my stomach turn and wanting to vomit when I think it’s over. We finish each other’s sentences, we know what we are going to say, we both lost our parents at a young age, we both have trauma. I feel so spiritually connected to him and I love him more than the words could explain. He completes me and when we broke up I couldn’t stop crying every hour. I would stop my car on the side of the road because I felt like I couldn’t breath. I held on to my family to help me not be alone in the same bed we shared. I’m shaking thinking about it. I messed up and it’s my time to make things right

It's still important to put the full 30-day straight "no contact" rule into priority because if you've been in touch after the breakup too soon, then you BOTH aren't taking the time needed to process the breakup and been acting like it hadn't happened. Here's how not contacting your ex can help you a lot: kzbin.info/www/bejne/sKiTdJurjah4o9k Burying the problems which had caused the breakup in the first place is a surefire way towards a doomed relationship, if you get your ex back. Make sense now? Hey Brad, my boyfriend broke up with me two days ago. We were basically best friends and did everything together! It hurts me a lot, but the reason behind his decision was him ultimately wanting to focus on himself for the time being and get his life back on track. We’ve still been in contact after the breakup due to me asking him that once we both finish bettering ourselves and are ready, if he was willing to see if we could try again and see if we’re meant to be and work out. His response was that he wasn’t planning on seeing anyone else or moving on, but just simply focusing on him. However, if I wanted to wait and see if there was a chance however long it took when we were both ready, then that was okay but for now we’d just be friends. What should I do in this situation? Would the no-contact rule still apply? Should I just be his friend and wait and see if we’re meant to be once the timing is right? I feel so lost…

My ex broke things off with me a few months ago after a 2.5 year relationship. She brought me my remaining things last week and we talked in front of my apartment and made out like teenagers and had a passionate quickie. Days later she expressed that the moment was special and that her daughters and best friend suggested she give me another chance. Our breakup was due to trivial matters that became too much. Even though our vibe amicable and peaceful, she's an avoidant and i feel like the only way I'll get her back is too leave her alone. I'm now in NC again until she reaches out with something meaningful, if and when that time comes.

Always prioritize that much needed period of silence first and allow her to miss you and feel what life is like without you. You can reach out to your ex after the 30 days straight of "no contact" period is over. In doing so, it's best to treat the situation with fresh eyes, so it's crucial to keep things fun and light and gently coax your ex into responding the same way. Here are the basics on what to do when it comes down to it. I also suggest you watch from start to the end and NOT skip any parts so you can maximize these tips: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bYHGl3qbf9aIj9E including asking yourself these very important questions to ask yourself before starting the process: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qmesZp5ratWheac but if you need the step-by-step process on what to do, including what to text or say during the process, either hire me as your coach, refer to my other vids or get the 2.0 version of my Ex Factor Guide at www.breakupbrad.com

Stop forcing things. Try to have self discipline and remember, love should never be forced. Otherwise it becomes an obsession, so be very careful of going that route. If your ex dumped you and showed you he/she doesn't want to be in your life at the moment, you ought to respect that, okay? For most dumpees that is the case. It doesn't mean that will be the case forever but at the moment, it surely is, so respect your ex's need for space and have some self discipline. Focus on yourself instead. Okay? I think you have to have self belief , stop being needy and desperate and have some self worth When we get rejected we loose something , but eventually we realise we’ve actually gained It’s not easy I’ve been there a few times , the best thing to do is accept it , it’s life and life goes on You have to seriously seriously ask your self this question “” why do I want to get back with my ex “ Is it the comfort of being with them , because I can tell you , if you think you miss them your lying to yourself , you miss the idea of them , it’s a fantasy of what you wanted , you put ideas , notions and make up dreams and scenarios that are not real and end up torturing yourself and having anxiety attacks Best thing to do is change the story , change your mind set and believe that your the best out there , give some self love , get back up and remember this They wasn’t yours it was just your turn They had relationships before you and after you and so will you , invest in yourself , think like a boss , have self belief and never ever ever ever put some on a pedestal, you are star in your movie don’t let some one replace you as a star

That is a healthy way of coping, yes, especially if your ex is uncooperative or rebounding all over the place. You can't make someone choose you. You have to choose yourself first. This is where self love comes in.

X's are X's for a reason. You can't open up the same book & expect a different ending. People do infact change but it's just better to move forward otherwise your only cheating yourself on the next potential soulmate. I understand what you're saying, but each person has his/her own reasons for why they either choose to get back together with an ex or let go totally. You can't speak for them because it's their life, not yours to decide. Granted, not all relationships are meant to be salvaged, especially abusive ones and/or one that involve numerous instances of infidelity, but some are worth saving. This all depends on what kind of relationship you have and if you decide to move on or fight for it. There is no wrong answer on whatever your decision is. :-) Anyway thanks for your input!

Hey Brad I've been on and off with my partner for 3 months, we were great whenever we are physically together but over the phone we would always miscommunication, we had two break ups due to his friends saying things about me being a wh*re, his childhood friends have said he loves me and I love him too but he just failed to communicate with me or talk to me about anything related to his feelings, in the end he said I should leave him alone forever then blocked me, but i think about him everyday, I cry sometimes over him, he now ignores me and I saw him some days ago and his friend helped me and him talk but he still doesn't want to tell me what happened between us but I still feel like he still loves me

He said he didn't feel love. I have been neglecting his love for 6-7 years. I use my travel as my ultimate protection that I can meet my friends n talk lightly. Whereas seeing him is staying home n resting. I went on my individualist mode n forgot to disarm it. Not going to lie, anywhere I go I only think about him. I wish he is around. He is there with me. N I never planned on accepting, flirting , meeting other guys . Not once in all the years. My heart is committed to him but my legs and arms are not . I always know I lose him I'll be so regret but at the same time I know someone would be so so so happy to be with him. I'm feeling a mess. We broke up already a year ago. He even stated that it was before that our relationship got so wobbly. He was alone in a new country n I didn't go see him often but I went to see my friends here and there. I can't even forgive myself. Action speaks louder than words. Even when we broke up in April 2021. I didn't come back to find him right away. I continued to travel n continue for another 4 months before I can't hold it anymore I really miss him n I came back. I cried everyday everynight in my trip. Thinking about him day in day out. That was ridiculous. Really ridiculous. He didn't feel love. Although he said he still attracted to me that was 3 months after we broke up. In July ( maybe not now) cuz he is seeing someone already. At first we still meet each other . But i decided this isn't leading anywhere and it really hurt my feeling . So I tried to stay away . Only text him and not asking for any reply in return .our conversation only limited to hi good morning . I didn't even say happy birthday to him which I know he cares about that kind of things .again I was trying to limit myself . I recently texted him he revealed that he is seeing someone . So texting won't be appropriated. He added . He didn't feel love. It is not my fault . Nothing I would have done before or after coming back would change that. My heart will forever leave a mark. It is very very painful . I felt that all the relationship book I read was rubbish those giving time for ur partner . Trust security independence. All u need is to see what ur partner need and listen patiently . Not like me. After being single and finally attracted to someone and went on an independent mode . Force my bf to accept I am not always around (due to my job nature and we are living in different countries but I am able to fly over to see him ) now everytime I see a picture of me and my friend or the trips I took it reminds me the time I would have been with him . Why didn't I . I could at least go seeing him more often. At least double bit like twice a year towards the end of the relationship.

You could be right. 8 years is a long time and I'm sure you two had overcame your fair share of trials in the relationship... so what happened? More often than not, giving each other space can help you two calm down, miss each other and try to see where you both went wrong and whether or not the issues within your relationship can be resolved or not. We started again after 1 and half year. Now she broke up again recently 2 weeks back and this time it is after bit longer time serious relationship. I am using No Contact currently as i want her back, cause now i see my soulmate in her. During this tough time i have been following your Chanel as i am pretty much confident that your ways of handling such situations are way more effective and practical. Everything happens for a reason, indeed. So learn your lessons to grow into a better version of yourself and if your ex is meant to fall in your path again, she would've learned her lessons too an she will come in correct, especially if she dumped you first/left you for someone else, etc. Know your worth so your ex or whoever is meant for you will see that worth, too.

Watching this gives me hope. My ex broke up with me almost two weeks ago. We had many deep talks since and are friends. I can’t shake off the feeling that theres more to our story. He broke up me because he needed to establish himself more careerwise and resolve some of his issues - at least thats what he told me. Also that he needs to do this alone. He has told me he doesn’t get back with exes and yet tells me he cares very deeply about me and holds a special place in his heart for me. We still hang out once in a while and call at least once a week. Is it wrong for me to hope we’ll get back together?
@BradBrowning
@BradBrowning 5 ай бұрын
There's always room for hope. However, you have to be realistic about the situation so you won't be hanging onto false hope or letting a good chance pass by. Each situation is unique so in terms of chances, it just really depends. Your ex is most likely lying about the reason of the breakup so try not to fall for that. Discussed that here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/kKariHaNmqxkrtU However, the bottom line is your ex has significantly lost attraction. Watch what I’ve explained here and watch the entire length of the video to gain full understanding, as well as know what to do: y2u.be/E9wG_ErBQoI It’s important to rebuild the attraction naturally so your ex will be amenable to working things out, eventually. This is what my guide is for but you can also learn the basic principles of my new version of my 3R system here and watch the vid til' the end so you don't end up missing the important points: kzbin.info/www/bejne/l5aqf4N4mdWhqas and the golden rules here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z5ytYqyYqqt8fqc or hire me as your coach and let's get this sorted at www.breakupbrad.com/coaching

We’ve been spoke many times, and hang out now 2,5 years after our breakup. We tried to make it work again for 3 months, but realized, that it was not the time. Afterwards we are still hanging out alot and the things didn’t change. It’s still the same chemistry, same connection, and I’ve been told, that “you should never say, we are never ever getting back together.” Is that right? Are these 7 words that dangerous? And can the oposite be proven?
@BradBrowning
@BradBrowning 3 жыл бұрын
It really boils down to the intent of both parties. If you trust what your ex is saying, then go along with it but be careful of being strung along at this point. Why is it not the right time after all these years if you still have the same chemistry and connection though? Hopefully your ex isn't already involved with someone else?

Love is one thing... making a relationship work is another. A long distance is not easy to maintain, especially if you two had a weak foundation where you don't get to spend time with each other much in person. Not to state the obvious, but the distance is often the main culprit. Watch/review and apply the pointers here first: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fYK8ZYFmadqpqqM and/or kzbin.info/www/bejne/a5_JiIWAh9ehd9U However, if you believe your situation is unique and there may still be a chance between you two, then let's take a look at your situation in-depth via my one-on-one coaching session at www.breakupbrad.com/coaching

I miss my girl. She broke up wit me March 7. We been together for 8yrs. I can’t call her an ex bc the feeling is just too strong. I should’ve married her but some turbulence had happen on both planes ya know? I never slept with another woman on and off breaks I always saved myself for her bc I knew if I ever slept around I couldn’t look her in the eyes or lay next to her. She pushed me and inspired me to do really dope things. I recently got a job at Warner Bros and it sucked bc she wasn’t around for me to share that news with her… I won’t say I didn’t do anything to her bc I did a lot. I put us thru a lot of financial hardships, I was mean at times, I was an emotional rollercoaster and bled on her when all she did was make sure I was okay. This shit hurts me to the core bc all she ever wanted was my affection. She didn’t care about the car I drove, where I lived, what clothes I had, all she wanted and cared about was me 🥹 I feel sooooooo stupid and embarrassed. I miss her every single day. She is always on my mind. We share a phone plan together and by the grace of God she hasn’t turned my line off but she is still very upset with me, well angry more than upset. She seems all over the place wit her emotions to really be optimistic or pessimistic for that matter. but she moved back to her mothers and hasn’t seen me since she left March 7th. She works 10min away from our condo but travels 70miles from her mothers to get to work. We have tattoos of each other’s names and neither of us have removed or covered it up well I’d like to hope she still has me. We talk in email bc I’m blocked on everything including my number . I should really see a therapist LOL apart of me think there’s another man involved but apart of me knows that’s my fears talking. I know it was my leadership and lack of affection being reciprocated is to why she finally decided to leave. I want another chance with her sooooo bad. I keep pushing her further wit emails bc she’s the only friend I really had. I’m still in love and I know this shit won’t go away for a very very long time. I wish she knew how much she really meant to me. I had 8yrs to show her and I blew it. I did a few things here and there but I always put my career first and now that shit is opening up? None of it feels the same without her. I wish she’d stop being mad at me and love me again so I can love the shit out of her correctly. 😔

Me and my girl broke up on good terms, we made eachother happy, had a good bond and fun, but in the end, we had different values and lifestyles and she thought we wasn’t suited for eachother, and my lack of experience and maturity made me make silly mistakes like overthinking which overwhelmed her and made her back away slowly. Its been 5 months no contact and thought a letter where i take accountability for my silly mistakes, tell her what i’ve been up to and how worked on myself a lot and ask her if she’d be open to getting back in touch and catching up with one another again would be good being as a letter seemed a bit more authentic and thoughtful rather than a random call or text after 5 months. Im not hoping or expecting the letter to work instantly but thought it could be a start maybe. This sound like a good idea to anybody or not??

Over 12 years later & I still love him. I can’t get him out of my head. He’s the only one that ever made me feel loved. He supported me in my goals & always had my back. We just started talking again as friends, but I did admit to him that I’m still in love with him. He told me that I was his last relationship & he misses me too. The problem is I’m in a current relationship (we’re drifting apart though), & we live in separate states. I’m still holding onto hope that I’ll see him again one day, even if we don’t get back together. I think I’m more in love with him now than I was 12+ years ago❤

It's best to test the waters first, especially after a lot of time apart so be sure to take things slow. I'm a truck driver and not home very often. Well an old friend she wanted years ago popped into the picture and they had an evening together. She claims nothing happened. But she still wanted to end it after dating over a year. She also says that him and her could never be together. I need to follow the no contact rule. But I did score a 75. Hopefully she will come back.

Try to put your focus elsewhere (best to put focus back to yourself) because your ex is likely rebounding and you're only wasting precious minutes of your life worrying about something that's out of your control. If anything, your ex is suffering, too, even though it may not seem like it. Discussed that here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bXyoZ6GYaZKhmqM Watch this, too: kzbin.info/www/bejne/inPXk2ZqnN5psNk This should hopefully get you back on track with what you ought to be doing during this time: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pZOleqeqhriUoZY

It was always on and off with her but the last time we broke up was about a year ago and since then we only spoke one time , i reached out to her she answered but it was a cold and cordial conversation, even though we became toxic for eachother but we loved eachother deeply and the major issue has been the physical distance between us . I’m still in love with her, on the surface it seems like she has moved on to another relationship but sometimes she sends mixed signals on her social media and its clear that they are for me. I tried to move on and forget her but i can’t i still love her. I don’t know if we ever gonna be together again or she has completely moved on and I’m being delusional and not accepting the facts , but mostly it’s because she does some stuff that make me feel like she still thinks of me too . I saw her typing few times on our chat and not sending any messages, i saw her putting a screenshot of our song on her page. My only wish is to get a clear answer and get out of these uncertainties. the pain i feel it’s unbearable and depressing pray for me guys ! God bless y’all

You can still love her, but make it a point to love yourself more and don't take that less than what you deserved, especially if you've tried and played your cards right yet still met with resistance. Just to keep the facts straight, the distance will always be a major culprit. Is this long distance scenario temporary, for example? Because if it isn't, then may be as good as over. Watch/review and apply the pointers here first: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fYK8ZYFmadqpqqM AND kzbin.info/www/bejne/a5_JiIWAh9ehd9U However, if you believe your situation is unique and there may still be a chance between you two, then let's take a look at your situation in-depth via my one-on-one coaching session at www.breakupbrad.com/coaching

Hey Brad. We have all the things except the physical attraction is borderline for me. The sex was great but our libidos are different too. Long term, I sense both of these would wane. Everything else was great and our mental and emotional connection was on a completely different level. She is the best partner I've had by a long shot and she is also 7 years younger than I. What do you think?

My ex broke up with me yesterday, and told me that he hadn’t wanted to stay with me after three months. We were together for seven. I miss him terribly. I was willing to do anything and everything for him… but he doesn’t love me. I feel unsure about what to do. I want to be with him so badly but only if he’s able to regain my trust. We had such a good and healthy relationship, sex life, and more. I think is having to go long distance towards the end really took a toll on us. I just feel so heartbroken, and unsure about what to do.

Sorry to hear that. Would you really want to be with someone who doesn't love you though? Cut off contact first. I suggest you stop forcing things. Okay? @@BradBrowning thank you for the advice and the video. I think it’s strange because he told me today that he wants us to be the way we were before, but friends instead. I hate the mixed messages he’s giving me, so I’m going to do the no contact until we eventually have to see each other again in August. I want someone in my life that loves me wholly, and understand that at this point in time he doesn’t want me the way I want him. Things will work themselves out and I will find the right one eventually. I just don’t know how to address this strange friendship-not-friendship thing with him.

There is one more thing that I would like to methoned, Brad, and that is the other day I went to my ex girlfriend's house to have a chat with her Mom on her front porch. Kathy, which is her Mom, said that her daughter is still apparently pissed off at me for some of the things I said, and the way I acted. I cannot believe my ex would still be mad at me for something that happened over a full year ago...SMH

That should be a red flag. Someone who holds resentment is not healthy. She has to learn how to process that on her own unfortunately, you can't do anything about it. It's her choice.Whatever the case may be, give it time and work on yourself. Stop trying to connect with your ex's fam members. No contact means zero contact. You each focus on your own lives, all right?

My partner pushed me to do better and I pushed back alot of the things I needed to do . Thats part of the reason she ended things . She felt like she was holding me back

If you do have to make some changes, then do it for yourself and never for anyone else, okay?
