Hey John, thanks for the comment. This home currently has an accepted offer on it, estimated lot rent is under $600. The mini splits could be fixed for pretty cheap, we would estimated a few hundred dollars per unit.

I am widowed recently I make just under 3000 a month in Social Security and pension. I’m one income I do have some issues at age 62 and I’ve just cited to have my 31-year-old son live with me and help me as I don’t wanna live alone and I don’t drive alone there’s no 55+ that allow for this situation so this rules me up from buying anything and 55+ or or even renting anything in 55+ of though I’m 62!

You need to learn how to Market list the price list the lot rent hot link your website because your websites not working today why list the pricing let the potential customer read themselves out cut down your work

@@themobilehomedealer I'm willing to bet you don't appreciate my thoughts otherwise you would start listing the price of the home the price of the law brand and let customers weed themselves out because it doesn't fit in their budget why don't you give it a try and see if it works you can always go back to your way forget the customer way
