I EDC mine appendix style. If you thread it on your belt first, all the way to buckle, it makes life easier. You can remove belt from pants without removing sheath. It sets up a nice standard right hand draw and a reverse left hand draw. After a day or two you'll forget it's on you.

Gave a m390 Bradford guardian 3 sheepfoot to my father, and he was able to skin 2 elk with it in the field without it needing to be sharpened. Highly reccomend this maker.

I just got my Guardian 3 Sheepsfoot about a week ago. Really loving it! One critique though, with this specific blade shape, the tip of the blade will cut through the stitching towards the end of the sheath. It's already happened to me. Which is a shame because I really like the design and the way it carries. I'm going to buy an aftermarket sheath. Knife itself? Loving it!!!

I like a sheep’s foot as I work around domestic animals all day , and having a blade you can quickly position to keep animals from getting injured on it, is pretty key. It still has enough tip to do work when you need to. Thanks for the nice presentation, I’ve been looking at these.

I have two…The one you showed with contoured Micarta and the Nimbus finished Wharnie w/ a Kydex sheath…The sheep’s foot is a daily carry and frees up my pockets for other knives…😉

I was just out on a hike yesterday in the northern california redwoods with my guardian 3. Its the only size of fixed blade i would realistically carry. I like the scout carry on the belt

I love Bradford knives! The Guardian 3 is a great EDC size and I carry mine horizontal or scout carry. I just ordered the Sheepsfoot version in Cruwear from DLT Trading. It will join my G3 false edge drop point in M390 and my Guardian Wharnie in M390. I used to just carry folders but am now joining the fixed blade band wagon.

Awesome knife. Had mine in m390 for about a year now. As far as use it’s all the knife you would need and frees up your pockets. Agree with other comment you forget it’s even there. The sheath patinas nicely.

The Guardian 3.5 is an appropriately sized knife, but I do like the 3’s index finger grove.. They have the same sheath, for those worried about an increase in carry profile. Had to go with the 3.5 in M-390; I love it.

I EDC my CruwWear G3 in an Armatus Carry solutions kydex sheath. Such an awesome little knife. The contoured grips are much more comfortable in hand.

Got one of these in my list on BHQ with green micarta and the false edge blade shape with the “nimbus” blade finish. Already ordered a custom pocket sheath from ROAC customs. If you haven’t already MC, I’d highly suggest checking them out, the perfect style of sheath for how you like to carry a fixed blade.

I should add that they only make sheaths for the saber grind blades, but the false edge will also fit nicely.

I have a couple of these. A Guardian 3.5 in Nitro V and a Guardian 3 Warnie in M390. Love em both. Highly recommended if you carry a fixed blade for edc.

jade with the sheep’s foot seems great for edc. I use the black stonewash spear point d2 textured carbon fiber black sheath. So far so great. Made in the USA. The hardware is an issue spot on about that. If Bradford says it will never come loose or you will never have to take it off maybe. I’d like to know the idea of why that hardware. Subscribe to betterthanNothin should see a dog. We have some knife content aswell. We are new to the knife KZbin world and we thank metal complex always. Have a good day to all.
