One of the most eye-opening things I gained from this podcast, as a 32 year old who is pretty satisfied with life, wasn’t necessarily the topic or basis of this podcast episode, but seeing how cerebral and intellectual David Laid is as a 22 year old. When his brain and hands start going you can see the beautiful mind at work. Pretty amazing and mature for a young guy.

Hey Bradley I’m in the UK English 17 and I’ve grown up struggling with always feeling inferior to everyone around me my parents are together but alcohol plagues the both of them and I’ve always felt like I had nowhere to place my energy and doubt wether I’m better than anyone else, I started training last year after watching David change from someone who looked exactly like me a year ago and started to transform, and I’ve trained a year now since yesterday my respect for the both of you and the way you’ve changed my life is immense, and I’d love to come out and train at zoo with you or just even have a talk over the phone at some point with you or Dave just to thank you

I could honestly relate to both of your stories. My dad left before I was born. I had no father figure in the house. I was always skinny and would constantly get skinny shamed by others. I realized I needed to do something about it. I got involved with the fitness industry when I was 14 and people older than me led me to the right path in fitness and lifting and now I hope I can do the same for others in the future .

The comments are so eye opening...now I can see why to me so many dudes seem so angry and full of rage...a good majority of young men right now are missing a positive masculine figure in their life. And they project it on others. What a slippery slope it is to have a child. Also please if you are this person be mindful and DO NOT PROJECT IT ON OTHERS that is not SAFE.

I will say, it’s a tough thing when you are doing something wrong like David was saying (compound movements/form) and you know a key factor in the lifting industry is to BE PATIENT. It’s tuff when you wait and wait and wait, but find out it was what you were doing was wrong in hopes of just taking time

Huh, I'm shocked. Bradley asks better questions than any mainstream reporter and knows how to keep the conversation from getting stale. FOX, CNN, CBS, and every other fake media outlet should take notes from Bradley. He cuts off people at the right moments never during highlights. Logan Paul and every other PodCast host should take notes. Never thought this guy was so articulate. I was wrong, he's not just a meat-head.

The only way to loose weight is to work out and burn more calories than u eat that's it not really rocket science... Also don't eat bad stuff like fast food... Lots of people have bad habits and think working out and then stuffing their face w McDonald's will work for them and a good balanced meals are also important... Naw change your eating habits and don't starve yourself because that won't work either u need energy to burn all those calories but don't over do it either... Balance is key

I really connected with what you said about feeling guilty about your 8 year relationship. I just got out of one and although it sucks, you can’t blame yourself. Clearly that wasn’t the person you were meant to be with. When you meet someone you truly care about and want to make it last, the last thing you will do is hurt them, intentionally or unintentionally. When it’s real it’ll come, you don’t have to look for it.

Officially, of course, the USSR (Soviet Union) ceased to exist in 1991. In reality, Moscow has never come to terms with the loss of empire and has spent the past thirty years fighting to reverse the verdict of history. When David was in Estonia and even still today, quite a lot of Russians are in staunch support of the actions of the USSR and the construct of communism as a whole. In other words, the soviet union, although formally dissolved, was still in existence both socially and culturally.
