Wow! Bradley customer service hit a homerun on this one. We were thinking of adding another Badboy to our fleet. I'm going to take a hard look at Bradley. It's not very common for a company to stand behind their products these days. I'm glad they took care of you!

Bad Boy dealership near me is trash...i like my Bad Boy but its hard to get support when the support also has a landscaping company so their always busy...im buying a Toro next

I live close to Bradley, Illinois and plan on heading up there next month to check them out. I'm deciding between a Hustler Surfer Pro and a Bradley. Just for mowing my small 1/2 acre lawn but I don't want to buy a new mower for 15-20 years.

Honestly, I would get the 36 from Bradley. It is way more versatile there’s times go mow large properties and have nothing but the 36 with me just due to maybe only having two or three properties that evening where with the surfer pro it’s really only for small backyards

I want a grandstand. But I’ve never had a stand on mower plus I can get two Bradley 61in for the cost of one grandstand. The nearest Bradley dealer is an hour from me.

They also replaced my wheel assembly. i was very grateful. I over torqued the lugs and stretched the threads. The wheel came loose and wollered out the rim. I only expected a rim but now i have a rim but now i have an extra tire. I had my rubber grommet for the fuel tank come loose and that’s not covered but it is s cheap snd easy fix

They need to get a dealer down here in Brandon, Ms. I looked for the closest dealer to me the other evening when I watched your video about there customer support. The nearest dealer to me is 3 hrs away, but if they get a dealer in my area S and J lawn care will put one on the trailer guaranteed. 👍
