And I just got done with the stills. And I'll tell you, this is a very livable feel. So the 2 bay garage is here and then this patio starts here. That door right there goes right into the garage. Also goes until like a mud roomy thing. I'll put the picture right here. So isn't that kind of neat? It's kind of a great idea. Incoll fashion at the same time you walk in, you take off your muddy shoes or whatever, and then you can walk around the house. In fact, there's a mud sink straight ahead, laundry sink, so you can kind of wash off if you're in doing the garden things and all that stuff. Anyway, this goes into the living room. This is all living room here, living room and master bedroom. So isn't that nice? Right off of the pool scene. Take a midnight dip and relax and then just go on right in and go to bed Anyway, this is all yours back here, at least to that to that tree row back there.

Brad Simmons when you say $1200-1300 a month how do you calculate that? Is that with taxes and insurance? The mortgage on my place in NY is about $700 but when adding taxes and insurance it’s. Almost $1100.

@@AmerijamAcres KY taxes are about a 5th of NY taxes. If you take a 100k house with an acre the taxes would probably be 5-600 a year in Kentucky. That in NY (where I'm from at least, upstate) it would be 3-400 a MONTH
