Thank you! Of course I may second guess at times, its human nature but I'm pretty confident this is a great place to live. Wish it could have been cheaper, but you do get what you pay for. This land is stunning, and the home is very meticulous, even though it's very lived in at the moment.

Yes sir, that was always my plan all along. I don't mind passing on with a big mortgage. That is how you get what you want while you are still alive. And if I go first Sharon will have some decisions to make, but if land continues to appreciate, then I'm sure 280 acres will be worth more years down the road. Thanks man, and yeah it is short. lol I sure hope they don't leave the cat! We have prim still if she survives the whole move and things! This is a nice home with a lot of attention to detail and BIG investments made in the building process. That was what really caught my attention. Even at 200/sq ft to build that, you'd be over a million..
