Yeah so much for 'downsizing' in your aging!! But hey, its a geothermal system (true water system) so it should be cheap to heat and cool. Hopefully! He told me the electric bills were about half of what my current one is.

Thank you! Of course I may second guess at times, its human nature but I'm pretty confident this is a great place to live. Wish it could have been cheaper, but you do get what you pay for. This land is stunning, and the home is very meticulous, even though it's very lived in at the moment.

This is a nice home with a lot of attention to detail and BIG investments made in the building process. That was what really caught my attention. Even at 200/sq ft to build that, you'd be over a million..
