Amazing style!. A little overboard on the same marble through out the house. Every room, up the walls and the shower. It's very modern and clean. Definitely needs home touches.

I just love it but with so many stairs, I'm 64 and thinking about moving to Italy in the next 2 years. That place would be perfect but in a lower floor and not so much yard to keep, if you see something like that please let me know.

Stunning is an understatement!! I'd only add some hand/guard rails on all those steps...scary to have family over with elderly parents or small kids!! Great tour and vid!!

I like the traditional Italian style, some more than others, but I also really like their modern design. It's the best in the world. I'd definitely have to get several accent colors on those walls and rugs on the floor. It's almost to busy. I'd bet they took out a fireplace where that stone wall is. A fireplace there would make it perfect. Did you get to see inside the in-law suite? Is it done, or does it need a lot of work? I could live here. It's just the right size for a single person. I almost forgot. Is there a garage down below? Ciao! A presto.

Love the marble and same pattern everywhere... not changing room to room which adds a cohesiveness. Brad- i can’t afford but half of this one.. but I vote for you to show the full variety. I enjoy seeing and am glad for the decorating ideas I always find. (Yes you talked about life span- it’s something we all MUST really take into consideration when buying!

Hi Brad! Fantastic property! Yes, it’s modern, however, adding warmth with rugs and an upholstered couch, etc would change it drastically. If this property had a water view we’d be in business!❤😊🎉Amy from MN

For the flickering lights in the video, change your frame rate to 4K @50fps as it will match European power standard of 50Hz. If that doesn’t work, you may have a video flickering reduction option in your camera settings.

Where is parking and how far from Rome
@BradsWorld5 күн бұрын
Street parking. It’s in Arce. Don’t forget you can use Google and find out all sorts of info on your own. It’s about 90 mins BTW.

That's about $405,000 AUD. By comparison, our Australian prime minister just spent the equivalent of €2,650,000 on a pile of sticks and plasterboard sitting on 790 square metres of dirt on the edge of a cliff. Between the two I would choose the Italian house every single time.

I modern! I also music. The modern ones "sometimes" have outstanding low cost to heat/cool, and will be more accessible as I age. Plus, less to do to bring it up to snuff. Newer seismic standards. Wiring more up-to-date. More "modern" floor plans and room layouts. Improved roof material or at least newer work.

Forgot to mention maybe that this has in floor heating system.

Okay, this video angers me. I soooo wanted to hate this “ultra modern” home, but I really like it! I don’t like the marble flooring throughout the house, but large area rugs would help that. I don’t like the stark white walls, but a little paint and/or artwork would help that. And I LOVE the terraces, which do need plenty of planted pots for color and privacy! Really nice place. Thanks Brad.

Yeah it needs to be filled in with life and some decor for sure. I liked it. If it could be toned down.

Luv, luv the position stunning externally , but hate the interior soulless. I like marble but hey it’s toooo much, repetitive. You can do renovation hand in hand with tradition & modern. But this just is a new build whether in Italy or any country it wouldn’t be to my taste “ internally “. But hey variety is the spice of life😅. Would have loved to see what it looked like before they ripped it apart. Though we do enjoy seeing all properties with you Brad! And the knowledge and advice you share.. chow

It’s a no for me only because if I was moving to Italy, I would like the traditional Tuscan style home or Pia style home. I want to see the original architecture I come from California and I was a mid century, modern lover and see missing in Italy reminds me of maybe living in downtown Florence or downtown Milan and even then, I don’t know I just coming from a country. That’s not that old. I wanna see all of the original work with updated finishes obviously
@BradsWorld3 күн бұрын
Then look inside of historic districts or farm houses. That's where you will see it. There is a lot of stuff here built from post WW2 and on, and that stuff is more like this.

The titles have a grey shade in them al over the world grey is incorporated into any modern design. Its so frustrating. And because of this I couldn't live there.

Not for me. Everyone is doing that fake stone pattern and I dislike it intensely. Also - no terrace, no place for a pool, and pretty small. Sure - its a great price for a small fully remodeled place -- just not for me.

While this place is very interesting, I find it way too sterile and only when staring out the window would I know I were in Italy. Looks like bad Miami Beach. the porcelain is way over done and for my taste just too cold and colorless. If I lucky to have a place in Italy, I’d want it to reflect Italy. Having worked in other countries I realize that the local thrive on “modern” but this place could be anywhere. New York, Miami, Punta del Este, The original fabric of the interior is destroyed
@BradsWorld5 күн бұрын
I think decor would help but for sure a white room!
@myyootube5 күн бұрын
Floor is porcelain not marble and mistake to use same material on kitchen counter tops and backsplash as they used on floor.
