Beautifully explained. First of all every Pyramid master has to understand this. Many people have started doing many foreign subjects. But Buddhatva sadhana or advaith siddhantha is the ultimate goal of spirituality. I thank Patriji giving a clarity to all the people where he stressed experience is not a big matter. So astral travel, third eye, channeling and visualization should not be considered as an important aspect. Our main aspect should be knowing oneself and in the process of knowing oneself mind is the barrier. So going beyond the mind and getting access to ur original state is what is required. I was litning carefully till he said " All males are stupid people, all females are great" , This once again proved that even when person is enlightened, they cannot over come ignorance, or may be they are not enlightened enough to understand the world. I met him in childhood, in 1995 or so in Warangal. I had a little negative expericence there when he shouted at women when her baby was crying in middle of meditation session. Now again his idea towards gender is making me feel bad, such enlightened person should have wider view at society. He dont understand simple truth, majority of males dont really need richness, they need peace, thats the reason most of saits are males. Majority of males work hard, and run behind money not for themselves but to fulfill their wife and childrens demands. Show me a single married male who work tirelessly to earn money for his own luxoury? And all females are not great as you said, there are so much dark side in female side as well, I experienced both sides in my life. So saying that all males are greedy is bad statement, what your father said at that age was indeed sensible for him, he was worried about your future, as in this society living without money is hard. Your mother might have supported you out of love, but that dose not make father any less, its his way to showing love. My father too use to say such things, but now I understood why he use to say that, he wanted me to prepare for this harsh world. They want us to be strong and be able to cope with this cruel world, being nice is good when you meet nice people, but protecting yourself and being able to survive is an essential skill. After all we are humans and not every human can be ramakrishna paramahamsa. Well anyway this dose not make me againest meditation, I do know meditation is the only way to look inwards and explore the real you, instead of searching god outside.
