Brahmi/Timare/Ondelaga Chutney is prepared from the Brahmi/Timare/Ondelaga leaves which is usually found in the villages during the rainy seasons. This leaves can be consumed directly or by making out of it. If this chutney is consumed in the morning or in the noon time it helps in increasing the memory power gradually.
