Braid-out or Twist-out on locs?

I agree! When I braid out or twist out my locks, they literally look the same, and with the twist out, my curls fall quicker, though 😢

Even though they look very similar, the braid out side has a more defined crinkle. They both look great.

Girl you gave us 2 seconds to compare. I can't tell but it's cute. Try a 3 strand twist vs the 2 strand twist.

I just did both on my sisterlocs...the braid out definitely takes longer to take down, but i love both results on mine as well as yours.

I prefer the look of the twist out tbh but from experience I know the braid out lasts all week, while the twist out tends to fall flat within a few days.

I don’t see much of a difference, I had to watch a few times to tell but I think the twist gave better results, they look to have more volume than the braids.

They look the same. But then I noted the rope twist side layed a bit flatter. I would always go for the rope twist if I have to do it myself, as you said, it’s easier to take down. By the way… Your hair is gorgeous.
