With leave outs around the edges and on top this is definitely a go. Then I would just bobby pin my hair down underneath it so the scrunchie on the ponytail doesn't break my hair off this way I could wear it for weeks

I've been doing braidless crochets for the past 2 months after coming across your videos! Thank you!! Great Job! Can you please try it (the crochet hair) with another color(other than your hair color) in order for us to see how close to come to the edge for a ponytail and pinned up bun. I cant braid but was doing a lot of quick weaves and wanted to keep the glue out of my hair. I heard abt "braidless crochet" my first time I used a weave cap but it keep "riding" up. I tried this hair. Where im from its hecka nappy. Wearing it straight was not an option same brand & all. The take down was horrible. I vow to sticking to what I know from now on. I usually wear extensions but I hate my hair line as I have a kink tht jus sits flat no matter what I do🙈 like to wear my hair up alot so is there a way to braid my natural hair to hide knots for a ponytail or will I be able to throw it up anyway. Hi, I love your videos and I am a subbie!. I want to do more straight crochet styles but they take so much longer than the curly hair. Are you familiar with the Robert's Diamond bond or Morning Glory gps for molding? If so what are your thoughts on those products?...they are very drying for the hair...That works for molding my hair down but I want to try what you used eco style gel and got to be glued. There are several types of those gels which ones/colors of each gel do you use and what do you use to moisturize your hair and scalp before you mold?

Ruth Aondona never heard of those products. I used the Black Castor Oil eco gel and the yellow bottle of Gots to be glue. To moisturize my hair after I washed it I use Camille Rose hair lotion and Twist cream. I usually put oil on my scalp but I didn’t use any this time because I didn’t want it to bleed on the crochet hair. Instead I sprayed Cantu leave in conditioner on my scalp.

Maybe since it’s harder to do the invisible part method in the front with the straight hair, you can just put in two anchor braids on either side of the part and bam! Lol...takes care of that problem
