Broadman areas 5 is association somatosensory cortex and 7 is somatosensory association cortex. Is that supposed to be like that?

Both the area 5 and 7 are part of the larger parieto-temporo-occipetal association cortex. While area 5 is primarily concerned with unifying the perception from different somatic senses such as touch, pain, vibration and joint position sensation, area 5 is concerned with unifying somatic and visual perceptions.

you have mixed up the motor and somatosensory areas.

bollywoodbuff123 Nope he did not, he just changed it from having anterior surface of the brain on the left (in the lateral video) to anterior surface on the right (here). It's a bit un-conventional, but note the genu of the corpus callosum which will indicate where the anterior part is.
