My question is, if a drug has a half life of say 66 hours, and you were to take it every 24 hours (everyday indefinitely); how does the drug not build up in your system or else otherwise over-tax your liver in effort to breakdown the drug fast enough in order not to over-accumulate, since it is being taken again and again every 24 hours?
