I’m very grateful to have happened upon this video! My 29 year old daughter has had absolutely horrific problems with her stomach, or should I say gut, since her toddler years. All we have ever gotten from Specialist after Specialist and test after test is Irritable Bowel Syndrome though the last Specialist did bring up the brain/gut connection but no one seems to be able to help so after watching your presentation I’m thinking maybe we should see a Dietitian and hopefully link them up with a Specialist because when my daughter tries to eat the healthy, fresh foods it sends her into horrible havoc and pain in her stomach/gut area so maybe just start over at square one. Surely there is something someone can guide her to that will help heal the wreck she seems to have within her. It’s absolutely heart wrenching to hear her screaming in pain and not be able to help especially since it’s been over so many years now.

Sorry to hear of your daughters challenges @kellygrubbs915. I suggest she visits a gastroenterologist and asks them about the following tests: H. Pylori GI Pathogen PCR (checks for 8 - 10 pathogens) MCS test and the results will inform treatment. Then she can start using digestive enzymes with meals, probiotics after meals, and include fermented foods in all her meals. Eating lightly steamed vegetables and no processed foods, and very ripe fruits, chewing them very well and having at least 5-6 hours between meals (no snacking) will allow her gut to heal, along with avoiding dairy and gluten for 6 weeks to see if she's intolerant to them, will support her gut health.

At a time when diseases like diabetes are becoming normalised, we believe we all need to look at what we put into our mouths. Every mouthful is either harming us or healing us, it is as simple as that. Thank you for your feedback.

I would love to be able to go back to eating like this again...sadly food prices don't allow it for the elderly on disability. Food stamps aren't helping enough either..we don't qualify for these stimulous either...😢

My suggestion is not to worry about whether the produce is organic or not. I go to Aldi (, not sure if you have one) but I feel just as healthy. Also I make a green smoothie with just spinach, kale, canned pineapple and a banana. All non organic. My immune system is well, thank God.

I’m right there in your boat! I’m 54 and have been in excruciating pain from a severe back injury and botched surgery for almost 14 years now and still haven’t been approved for disability. I do get the food stamps but there are other basic items we all require to get by and I have to constantly depend on others to help me get through which includes a $600 monthly Dr appointment to help me deal with the pain. 😞🙏🏻

Good points @@ThePinkdiva101 - one can use vinegar water to wash non-organic produce (check the EWGs worst 12 foods grown with pesticides) to know which ones are best washed with a mixture of water and vinegar.

❤when Adam and Eve were in the Garden of Eden God told them to eat every green plants and herbs and the animals ate this way also...after the flood God told Noah that now man could eat animals and animals would eat animals so I would like a big steak with her salad! Also too many carbohydrates causes many health problems so eat low low carb and high fat and lots of meat..people are so happy. Her way will end up making a person 😢diabetic. ❤Lord Jesus come quickly ❤

I appreciate you sharing your perspective. However, I would respectfully disagree with some of the points you've made. While it's true that after the flood, God permitted the eating of animals (Genesis 9:3), the ideal diet given in the Garden of Eden was plant-based (Genesis 1:29). Jesus' sacrifice on the cross has the ultimate purpose of restoring all things to that original perfection (Acts 3:21). From a nutritional standpoint, countless studies have shown the benefits of a whole-food, plant-based diet in preventing and even reversing many chronic diseases, including heart disease, diabetes, and certain cancers. Animal products, especially when consumed in excess, have been linked to increased inflammation and higher rates of these diseases. Spiritually, we are called to be good stewards of our bodies, which are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). A plant-based diet honors God's original plan, reduces animal suffering, and is better for the environment. It's a way of living that reflects the peace and compassion taught by Jesus. Ultimately, our diet is a personal decision. But I would encourage an open mind to the mounting evidence that a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle can glorify God through promoting health, compassion, and care for His creation.
