Hope you have a great Christmas mark! Thank you so much for the work you do it has been helping me learn to handle my anxiety and thoughts instead of trying to clean them. I’m still learning but I’ve been working on my life in many different ways and your videos and livestreams help me drastically. I hope to catch one live in the future. Merry Christmas and thank you for all the good you do!!!

Looking forward to that video about the fear of losing control. That was my biggest fear when my OCD struggle was at its worst.

When u struggle with mental health and ur having mental illness is so hard to apply these rules😢
@everybodyhasabrain25 күн бұрын
@mariapp2050 but these practices come from people applying them when struggling with mental illness. So if you're encountering difficulty with that, it can be helpful to discuss the challenges with people that have applied them in that situation. Then it's useful to ask specifically about what you want to do and what you're finding challenging when trying to do that, similar to the analogy in this livestream about joining swimming lessons. Swimming does seem impossible if we've only had experiences struggling in the water, and it can seem appealing to just connect with other people to share about how much struggle we have in the water. But we can learn skills to handle the ocean of life differently and even enjoy jumping into it.
