FJ, if you place a body pit and bury the Skull with spider legs you found a while ago, you unlock a secret that could be somewhat useful. You're at a point now where it wouldn't be OP, but definitely useful

while sins are used for decorations they have a pretty useful utility to breed followers and in the Relics of Old Faith part allows to unlock the purgatory again in the same day.

Francis, the godly dagger you had does 4.8 damage with an attack rate of 2, while the hammer did 12.1 damage with an attack rate of 0.25. So effectively the hammer has 3 dps, but it’s great against small enemies because if the 1 hit kill. The dagger however has 9.5 dps, so it’s very good against bosses. Also the dagger has a fast long range multihit attack as it’s heavy attack.

Try the heavy attack on the dagger, you may be pleasantly surprised. Also, the 2 second invincibility blast does good omnidirectional damage, reflects projectiles back at enemies and *makes you invincible for 2 seconds*. And don't forget to reroll the items in the first room. You dont lose the originals, so it's 50 gold to get more options
