I like this presentation. It's very informative. One important thing was omitted though. StereoTool from Flux does not collapse the signal to mono with the settings displayed on the screen. It only changes the width to more narrow. The signal stays stereo. To achieve proper mono signal, knobs labeled Left and Right in the StereoTool would have to be in the 12 o'clock position. With this setting Width knob could stay in the center. Then the signal would be mono.

I can vouch that it works perfectly too. A fellow producer friend of mine gave me a demonstration and I was blown away by it. Think I'm gonna have to save up for it. Can see/hear how useful it will be when mixing. 10/10.

Wow awesome plugin. Do not have to hesitate at all if its mono compatible! Just check your source in mono just to be sure. Great vid!

I've had it for a while but I've only used it once. I really should start using it instead of 'Sidewidener' because it has more parameters.

Your next plug-in should a de-esser :). Thanks for the demo!

Please use a de-esser on future videos. Hilarious how a video for professional audio tools has ear piercing sibilance the entire time from the voice-over.

They are.....the problem is the limiting. Just capture the audio and you'll see they just crunch the heck out of the voice. It sounds like rubbish.

Very good, but why use only mono. you should have use a stereo audio sample and convert it to mono. You wasted all this time in mono examples. 1/10 for this tutorial. 👍
