I made this but i used Rice Vinegar and added a tablespoon of Sesame oil and a tablespoon of sriracha! Came out superb. Thanks

I love your recipe, making it for the 3rd time. This time with proper xaoxing wine and not mirin, first time with all the ingredients. I do have a doubt though… 8 ounces of rock sugar?? As is 220g???
