What have folks been doing in regards to mounting on the back of a helmet that's not roundish? My Scorpion EXO 970 has a ridge across the back. I might have to design and 3D print an adapter.

There are different height mounts from BrakeFree, the taller one is usually meant for helmets like that to allow a greater stand-off

How much would you say it weighs? Can you feel any difference with it on?

The website has the exact weight, but I can tell you it's extremely light. They did a great job with a minimalist construction. Personally, I can't even tell it's on my helmet (even on all-day rides)

Mine weighs 8oz. That’s 1/2 pound and it is definitely noticeable on my helmet. However it does work well and I, when I used to use it did get positive comments from car drivers as to its visibility. It’s just too heavy, IMHO.

What helmet were you using it on? The website says 7 oz is the reported weight. On my Shoei Neotec 2 I can't even tell it's there.

@@4KMotoringschuberth c5. Perception is reality. For me hanging 1/2 pound off the back of an already 4.2 pound helmet is noticeable.

@@4KMotoring Thanks for the response. I see in your response to @blackholevideo it's weight of 7 oz. I can see why he wouldn't want it on an already a bit heavy Schuberth C5. I have a Shoei GT Air 2 and I think its a bit heavy as well. I like the product just concerned about the weight.
