Went to FPA website and couldn't find a "complete" (rear discs and master) kit for a 1986 olds cutlass salon 442... only discs, no master.

I agree with 7924 post.. Nothing about which part number for a disc/disc master cylinder. Nothing about bore size.

Learned a couple of things about brakes. I have disk front and drum breaks on my 55 Nomad, and it's worked well for years. However, I'm building another 55 Nomad from frame up literally since it was a 210 2 door wagon. My question is, do I need a proportioning valve like the disk drum set up? I wasn't aware that the disk brake pressure was higher and flow because of the chamber size of the calipers. It makes sense now. Would I need a larger brake line than a 3/16" line as well for better flow to the rear set up now that I'm running full disks? Further note, it will also be a hydroboost system from a truck I picked up. What would you recommend?

I just converted the rear brakes om my 1980 Chevy K20 and the master cylinder chamber for the rear brakes is TINY. I was hoping this video would give me a hint about the master cylinder but it didn't. You're just trying to sell conversion kits.

Would have been nice if you would have went into more info about the master cylinder bore size Instead of pushing your conversion kit!
