Just did my front master cylinder rebuild last week. The ALL balls kit I received had a new master cylinder piston with the seals already on.. 👍

Hi just a quick question I have a yz 250 2001 and I'm going to rebuild the front caliper and this is a great video. I've watched a few others and they have the pistons in the opposite way does this make any difference? Thanks

So my front caliper if the bike sits a couple days the brake tightens up and i cant spin the wheel. Think it needs a rebuild bike is a 22 has 33 hours on it.

A little better work with the camera showing exactly how you have installed or disassembled things would be a good addition. A little more thorough explanation too, seems like you’re rushing a little bit with the video. You have probably done this a 1000 times but you need to remember that a lot of people who are restoring a dirt bike may have limited experience with restoration.

I can't get the black rubber thing back in the front calliper not the long rubber the dome looking one think I need a new one what they called

I just clean everything up and put it back together. The brakes stop working because dirt gets in there. If the pads are worn they must be changed though.

I pressed the brake while rear wheel is off now it sounds like the rotor is rubbing on something
