I hauled off road for 9 years in a mack rd 800 and ill be the first to tell you make very sure your brakes are good and work properly, I myself have had rear ends go out and brakes to fail with absolutely no warning always have a back up plan as to what to do if something was to happen(if you drive long enough it will) I miss hauling coal and if it ever picks back up id go back trucking in a heart beat

You can make as much fun of this video as you'd like but it shows reality and is very educational. Even the narrator speaks the truth. Unlike what we have now, which has to be all "politically correct." Its just country truck drivers in a mine setting, tellin u like it is, not bullshitting to you about something.

I think that kids Hardhat is a little too small on him but this is a great video, Wish my truck had a Jake brake. could have used it many times for emergency stopping,
