very seldom will you see a training vid that is "real world". there is nothing inherently wrong with this one but it lacks a couple safety details: when under the unit, the ignition key should be held by the inspector, any tag or pusher axles should be supported by stands. brake rod travel is based on air pressure of 85 psi. higher than that it is possible for excessive rod travel which can sideline a unit at a scale.

This is great , but , the driver need not assist you in any part of the inspection as he's not by law required to do so !!!

My company hates me due to taking truck in for small adjustments no offence but I rather not meet ur officers if I can help it but if I do I wanna leave on a good note instead of rackin up oos orders and defective equipment
