I understand Michael was in huge debt as well as had unpaid taxes when he died and that Branca had to do something to get out of it. However, I don't think selling ATV (Michael's publishing of other artists), which had Elvis, The Beatles, and millions of other songs, was the best thing to do, especially to Sony, which Michael hated.

Just hope Branca will give us so much more wonderful stuff from this legend; Michael Jackson. Blu-Ray's - Songs - and ofcourse all video-footage Michael's camera man made. That last part is important for the new Documentary-series Taj Jackson is working on 😉

I disagree with Branca”s point in fighting for Michael”s legacy. After 11 years , there is not a single docuseries covering Michael”s creation and legacy. There is no support from the estate to take the lead in supporting Taj for making a documentary and no support for MJ cast podcast and all the fans efforts in humanitarian aspect of Michael. They made the money however this important aspect of Michael”s legacy is severely neglected 👎🏻

Huh? Have you completely ignored “This Is It” doc, Cirque de Soliel shows, the Broadway musical, TWO documentaries created by Oscar Award Winner SPIKE LEE?!? These are massive projects that create NEW MJ fans. Everything you listed is already fan-driven. And it feels that way too as they all are amateurish. You want them to support Taj?! Lazy ass Taj who hasn’t accomplish anything in the last 25 years? Taj who has been talking about making a documentary about his uncle for OVER TEN YEARS and ain’t done shit?! Fuck that dude. He will never finish that project ever. Move on! Support Danny Wu!!

20% of Michael’s profits go to children’s charities. Following MJ’s will. They’re also producing a biopic with Jermaine’s son playing MJ. Branca has done the King of Pop proud.

The MJ Estate from a business point of view, which is about making money, can be seen to be extremely successful. However from an MJ fans perspective, it hasn't been successful at all. It has released very little and few vault unreleased songs and a lack of documentaries based on the making of Thriller and the Dangerous albums.
